The first honest seller of prescription hearing aids on eBay, the description and the packaging showed that the hearing aids was unsealed, not tempered and really new. Hopefully the seller’s statement that the Resound brand I received has its original manufacturer’s 3-yr warranty is also true. My previous experience was so bad purchasing on eBay the very same HA, encountering a complete fraud seller I have reported already, who against the law was initially refusing to provide with full refund.

This was an expensive buy so I obviously had a lot of questions and concerns. All questions and concerns were addressed and satisfied quickly and completely by the seller and the customer service was outstanding. Best price I could find for these very specific hearing aids that I was looking for and they were programmed to my specific audiogram and shipped super fast. So far my experience has been awesome.

The experience with the seller here was beyond positive because of their excellent customer service. The product I ordered ended up being incorrect for my needs. I sent them a message on a Sunday, never expecting a reply until Monday at the earliest. They contact me on Sunday, just an hour or so after my initial contact, explained options and helped me with some additional advise. I’m not sure if they will offer what I need, but if they do you can be sure I will use them again. Terrific job!!
