The watch arrived earlier than expected but the seller appears to use copy and pasted item descriptions that don't match the product.
1. The item arrived in nonfunctional condition.
2. The item did NOT arrive w/ original paperwork and box as claimed in the description but by itself wrapped in bubble wrap and stuck in an envelope.
3. I called citizen customer service and downloaded the PDF manual to try and service the watch but it needs a new battery and may still not work once thats replaced.
