Received kit for impression, missing parts, emailed for month- nothing then finally got directions and told "do not worry about items missing". did molding but trays sent were for large man, not size ordered, exhausting! Now say too late to return, well need correct size or partial will be a mess- not too late for payment to refund, had to pay full amount upfront- mistake! Try putting a large man sized tray in a med lady's mouth, not nice!
