    Top notch reliability and performance upgrade for any Sanitaire vaccum it fits!

    The Brush head just in standard construction is a much more reliable brush than the stock brush. It also has more sturdy and better brushed overall and at the price it is valuable. I just bought a Sanitaire Commercial SC679J for general house duties and it is also a great general purpose and commercial general duty vacuum cleaner. So when it arrived I took out the original Brush Head and put this one in and saved the original for backup and repair when and if necessary. I would recommend this set up for anyone in general the vacuum alone performs great with this brush head in it that performance bar and reliability is raised even more as the machine mount points and brush itself is made of metal rather than wood and plastic with denser higher quality brush materials.

    Good price, improved performance, no odors

    The bearings in my Sanitaire SC686 vacuum cleaner's brush roll were going bad, causing the belt to drag and emit a burnt rubber odor. Fortunately, Sanitaire vacuum cleaners are dead simple to work on and replacement parts are very affordable. This brush roll fit my vacuum like the proverbial glove, even though its design is slightly different. The vacuum now cleans great and without any odors. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade

    Great product. Well made for a long lasting service life.

    This is a great product! I had a plastic brush roll that had only two brushes. The metal brush has four brushes. The plastic roll brush that I had, had worn out and I really didn't want to replace it with another plastic brush which I know would eventually have worn out. I was a little worried that the metal brush wouldn't fit but it fit perfectly in my upright Eureka vacuum. I'm very pleased with this product. The metal will last for decades and the four brushes are a better design. Thanks!

    Perfect solution

    Acquired a free Dayton vac missing the brushroll and belt. After determining Eureka was the manufacturer, I was happy to find this quality part available at a great price along with 2 belts thrown in as well. Fit like a glove and now my freebie vac is a cleaning monster and my go to at work.
