After I paid for the item, the seller contacted me saying they can't get it to power up and then refunded my money. Thanks for the refund and thanks for wasting my time and energy. This makes me want to leave eBay forever.
Seller offered to send a picture of the 120V plug that he can't use to see if the item works. This is a bad actor and buyer beware.
That all said he did refund my money. Seller isn't a thief. Still your time is worth something. Keep moving is my advice.

i apologize for the confusion but i would make the same decision. Machine was mistaking listed with the wrong voltage(120v instead of 220v) and couldn't not be tested. I couldn't sell it in good faith and could not justify sending the item. unfortunately we received negative feedback for trying to do the right thing.
