Item took forever to ship with little communication from seller. Item was not the same as in the picture as there is a dent on the top of the gold part of the pendant. Tiffany chain was only like 15 inches instead of almost 18 as stated. I had to purchase a longer chain that was sturdier than the flimsy one sent. Seller stated that they were on holiday which could have been communicated much sooner. Also almost a week and a half after the payment was received the same picture came up again list.
