Sent one Fire TV remote instead of the two Roku remotes advertised. When I told him about the problem he said that I could return the remote (at my expense) and reorder. He then sent a picture of the fire remote with a description of a Roku and said "did you not look at the other pictures in the listing or did you just choose the cheapest option with the intent of attacking me when you got what you ordered." He has 6 Negative feedback in his one month on eBay. Worst customer service ever.
