The price was reasonable. It was shipped & delivered in a few days. All parts displayed in the advertisement were included. After reviewing the condition of the product, all parts appeared to be intact and in working order. However, I opened the box & noticed 2 white securing zip ties were already cut from the product. There were also signs of wear on the metal. Overall, it was a good deal, but maybe not new.
