Package was lost/stuck in Coppell, TX post office for over 13 days, not movement. That tells me that the envelope was probably lost. Communicated several times with the seller who just kept telling me to wait another 2-3 days, over and over. That turned into 2 weeks of waiting. Finally gave up and had to get ebay involved to get my money refunded.
