The correct box showed up, but the wrong product was inside. It was an entirely different kettle than what I'd ordered. I'd ordered a smart kettle and this has none of those features. On top of that, it was listed as Open Box, but the kettle showed heavy signs of use (brown mineral buildup in the kettle and on the lid). The seller is unresponsive to my message requesting a refund.
