The item came in between two pieces of cardboard not even a box . The chain has kinks in it . The actual cross is fine .

I am surprised by your review. I take great care to package my items and feel your statement is misleading. The listing stated there was no box, however, the necklace was secured on a jewelry display card and placed in a sealed cello bag. As extra protection against bending the cross, it was then placed between 2 pieces of heavy cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble mailer. The necklace was in perfect condition and the chain had no kinks when it was packaged.
