I asked the seller to delay shipping because of the Thanksgiving holiday and being out of town. I was trying to avoid $200+ worth of antique garland sitting on my porch for a week. Seller refused and said it would reflect bad on her 1 day shipping rating. She said she indicated the item would be delivered to the post office. It was on my porch. In the cold and rain.

I paid extra for a signature confirmation, so the items should have been held at the post office until you came home and signed for them. Why they were left on your porch is beyond me? They should have been at the post office, not on your porch! It is not my fault that your postal carrier left them on your porch. I also indicated to you that I was buying signature conformation for that reason. This bad feedback is not warranted!
