This product worked perfectly on my 2023 model 3. The unit plugs directly into the rear lights and the light wiring and the actual plugs fit perfectly. The only difficult part of the process is finding a 12v power and ground. On my model 3 in Canada, there is a plug with constant 12v power and ground behind the bumper which you have to do remove anyway to install a hitch so it was simple to power up the unit. Highly recommended and very fast shipping. Was 2 weeks early from the estimated date.
