    Great Cookbook with Delicious Recipes

    I absolutely love Uncle Bubba’s cookbook. I am so happy to have found it. It is out of print so it’s not easy to find. Great value. I typically don’t order anything that I have to pay shipping on but this shipping was reasonable and the book was a good value.

    Great Southern Cuisine

    I decided to purchases this cookbook after seeing Bubba on Paula Deen's cooking program. And I wasn't disappointed! I grew up in the bay area of Norfolk, Virginia and remember well the days we spent crabbing and fishing. And the wonderful cookouts we had! Bubba's recipes bring those memories back in such a wonderful way! The crab boils, the cobblers, the seafood. I spent several years just south of Savannah, and came to know the town quite well. And believe me there ain't nothing so good as a southern cook. Except a southern cook that knows seafood! And Bubba is no exception!!! If you want hearty fare, generous portions, and some good ol' southern charm and hospitality, then you need look no further! This cookbook is the one for you!

    Uncle Bubba's Seafood

    I love the book. It not only has recipes, but I also found humor. "It's alway yummy in my tummy because it has coconut in it". Speaking of Aunt Glennis's Chewy Cake. Bubba you are right. The personal pictures in the book gave it a special touch. I have always enjoyed southern food and you can't get more southern than Bubba. God Bless.

    Uncle Bubba's

    If you have ever eaten at Uncle Bubba's Oyster House on Tybee Island, GA then you know how great the food is. Having dined there with several friends and every plate was better than the one before it we all agreed we had to have some of those recipes. His Crab Stew is delicious and I am not a fan of Fish Stews or Chowders. It is certainly the place to eat on Tybee Island and if you can't there Uncle Bubba's Savannah Seafood Cookbook is the next best thing! Enjoy!

    Bubba

    This book is so right on with Savannah delta seafood and other recipes. Everyone need this as a reference if they like Savannah seafood or plan to take a lengthy vacation in that southeastern United States region called Savannak and surrounding areas. We loved three recipes and they were the first three we tried. Great cooking and food experiences will come out of this book. You Go, Bubba and family. How about a Talahassee cookbook?
