Item lost in mail. Messaged to ask the seller to open a service request with USPS, which takes a few minutes. Got no message response, eventually was sent a partial refund. I don't want a partial refund, I wanted you to submit a service request. And why partial refund? The package is insured up to $100 if lost as Ground Advantage, and the total cost was much less than that. Please send me the actual refund or, even better, just submit a service request so the package could be found.
