the rod blank is about as nice a rod blank i have purchased in years...it is beautifully made and finished.....it is supposed to be an 8 wt blank...but it will end up a 9 wt for me most likely....as my casting style requires a slower action..which a heavier line will provide....but once built it maybe a 8 wt....DT......i plan on purchasing a few more of these blanks..in the near future as they are about as good and reasonably priced as any i have come across in a very very long time....
