Figure was packed a little too tightly in a makeshift box, (go with a 8 x 6 x 5 or so, we collectors love that) but it did arrive without damage and in the condition I expected from the photos and description. However, item description says "New" and as a collector, I think that should be "Used" simply due to box damages. I would buy from this seller again though, and I'm in fact going to look over your store to hopefully find some more goodies. Thank you.
