The item was great itself! I wasn't sure about the size initially but it's perfect for my kiddo and even almost too big. The customer service I received was fantastic! Despite not offering a veterans discount, the seller made every effort to help me receive it in time for a birthday gift. I ordered the item on a Saturday morning & asked if they could try to ensure it was delivered in about 6 days so that it wasn't late.
