Scammer at worst, very dishonest at best.
I bought a TV that was advertised as "Color" and "Working".
It turned out to be black and white and broken. It took many messages to get a response. And more messages to try get my money back, even after the unit was received ("its coming", "I sent the money today")
But no money actually got refunded until I got ebay involved. Which is pretty scammy.

Ordered some golf clubs and very happy with the item once it was delivered. Every club was well packaged, which was appreciated. There was a snafu with the shipping taking longer than expected, but worked with the seller (who was very responsive) to fix it.
