Definitely helps to quit smoking
I swear by this product when you want to quit smoking. I’ve been using it since 1977. The first time I quit smoking I’d only been smoking about five years. Did each each filter for one week at a time. Then 10 years later i like a dodo started smoking again. That went on for another 23 years. Then I got very ill and knew I had to stop. So I found One Step at a Time again and did it until I finished my cigarettes which took nearly three months since I kept cartons in my freezer. I finally quit Feb. 17, 2009. Hardest thing I ever did. This particular order was for my best friend of over 65 years. She’s determined to quit as well. Use One Step at a Time to quit smoking
Bought this for my granddaughter’s boyfriend; I didn’t like him smoking around her and/or in her car. He’s cut the numbers in half already after two weeks. My ex-husband used these to quit in the 80s. Too bad they’re not available everywhere !
