    The whole enchilada

    Because this software came with its own hardware, it’s a complete package. I did not realize my headphones weren’t working with my computer. Because the dragon headphones have a USB plug included, along with the splitter, they should fit about any computer. My computer is about six years old but needed to have the USB functionality for the headphones. Now I can talk to type to my hearts content!

    The problem with Dragon NaturallySpeaking is this, if you're like me you cannot use a keyboard you have to rely on Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The two problems are this one if you put in a password using Dragon this usually will not work because you did not use the keyboard. Number two, also Dragon will mess up your browser when you use it. When you're trying to look up something on who and you use Dragon. A lot of times Dragon will open other Windows in your browser and your browser will freeze up. There are a lot of other issues you need to overcome when using Dragon. Dragon will not allow you to use windows of information like this one, a lot of times you have to use what's called a dictation pad transfer which does not always work is very time-consuming.     Dragon 12, good, but still not perfected.

    I have been using Dragon for quite a few years now and have upgraded from Dragon eight, to Dragon 12. I talked to the representative from Nuance asking what the difference between Dragon 12 and Dragon 13 is, and there just wasn't enough difference between them to warrant the cost. Although I really love using Dragon, and use it every day for a lot of different kinds of communication, there is one part that I'm very disappointed about. After having some trouble using it on Yahoo, and a couple of other applications, their tech support people told me that there was some sort of problem using Dragon on my Yahoo email, and even on some Facebook applications.     Worth EVERY penny!

    I recv'd the 12.5 version. What a great deal and the program is awesome!!! Wish I had made this purchase months sooner. The key to this program is to create your user profile to allow the program to adapt to your way of speaking. This program is WORTH EVERY PENNY! I hate typing, but I LOVE talking. The more you use it, it saves your speech profiles to constantly improve how it picks up every thing you say....even jargon! If you buy this program, take the time to create a user profile so that you can get the most accurate dictation. Don't just buy it, skip the training and then complain it doesn't work. This is one of the best programs for people who want to make money online, write term papers, create study notes, blog, whatever...but hate typing like I do. I will no longer ...
