    Great Interface

    Good pre-amps and converters are really nice. USB 3 support is Windows 10 only, but even with USB 2 on a mac the interface performs very well. Recommended 10 analogue in/10out interface for those not willing to shell out $800+

    The best i've used!

    Its a tascam, so how could you go wrong! The only beef i have is the sample rate for optical cable, is way high. Not compatable under 96000. too high for my pod hd pro.

    Tascam misfired

    I have the small and better Tascam UH-7000. the US20x20 though well built and equipped, even with the latest drivers 12/2015, USB3 latency was average at best. If you're like me and love piling tons of plug-in and virtual instruments, this will disappoint you. My final and crucial deciding factor in returning this unit was the mixer interface. If it takes a working engineer two days to figure out how to monitor live inputs with pre-recorded DAW tracks, something is terribly wrong.

    Believe the hype

    The only complaint I can make about this interface is that the input volume knobs are a little small. Other than that, this item delivers professional level sound through USB3 or optical audio hookups. Its 10 inputs make recording a drum set or a whole ensemble easy as pie in a DAW, and the live audio application contains very little pops, clicks, or fuzz. What a great buy!! I have always been a Presonus guy, but my old board is FireWire, which is being abandoned like the Titanic. The step up to a digital mixer and USB 3 was the logical choice!
