I Never received my package because "USPS carrier" gave it to a random neighbor when he was unable to access the usps lockers. delivery to a neighbor was never requested on any shipping label . The only issue I seen was running late on his deliveries, and the leasing management office was closed. so he couldn't gain access to the USPS lockers and the package would need to be re-delivered the following day so instead of processing that he gave it way or stole it.
