Received fragile item broken. Item came not as described functional, not as shown in the picture. Can’t use at all. Asked many questions,but seller only came give one message every few days . Everyone’s time is precious. Says can give partial refund, but not doing it. Disappointed with the customer service.

The bundle was exactly as pictured and described. I reached out to the seller several times for some clarification, and they responded in a timely manner, and were polite and helpful. They have many lovely items with really decent prices. The package was shipped immediately, and the shipping for this item was much less than almost any item I've had shipped from the U.S. to Canada-even though it is much heavier than other items I've ordered, and I really appreciated that. Although it matched the photo's and description perfectly, the 12 String Guitar arrived damaged. When I advised the seller they promptly replied asking for photos so that they could determine what to do.
As I mentioned that I could use the hard case that was included in the auction, they offered me the hard case at a very fair price and issued a refund for the balance.
Goodwill Colorado Collectables is an outstanding member of the ebay community.

This seller is great! I bought a large, fragile item (clay Romertopf cooker). They responded to questions I had in a timely way & got the cooker from Colorado to Florida in perfect shape — careful packing with bubble wrap! Shipping was WAY less than others have charged for lighter/smaller items not that far away. Item is exactly as described & was shipped within their stated time, apparently expedited, as it got here early! Totally positive experience. I would 100 percent shop with them again.
