Hi: outer package was a bit dinged up but intact. Contents were well packed inside and exactly as presented. Have yet to turn it on as manual I downloaded is 96 pages and want to understand how to use properly. Item showed up a week early-which was excellent and am excited to try it out. thanx, Robert.
