My experience was generally neutral-positive; although, I wouldn’t classify this device as “very good - refurbished”. It arrived dirty in the outside & inside, it had a lot of dust on the exterior (screen & keyboard) & the interior (especially on the cooling fan). For an item classified as “very good - REFURBISHED”, I expected it to be clean inside & out. The battery life isn’t great either, but it’s replaceable so it’s not a problem. On the bright side, the shipping was fast & very well-packed.

Laptop arrived as described, however, upon setting it up, I found a small issue. Seller asked me to do a few small tests/updates and when they didn't resolve the issue, they promptly asked me to ship the laptop back to them and provided a pre-paid shipping label and full refund. I would buy from them again.
