    Great book on gardening. Details companion plants. Outlines 5 acre farms, 1 acre and even 1/2 acre. Gives some details on butchering, livestock, preserving and general self sufficiency. Absolute must for gardening. Bought this copy for a friend.

    THE book to buy for learning how to be self-sufficient

    Very easy to read, informative book. Couldn't put it down. Great illustrations, nice format. Even my father, who is a city-boy, found it to be interesting and fun to read. Essential for those new to acreage life.
