Seller never provided a Tracking Number or let me know what happened to my order. I tried to contact them twice in the week since I purchased the item but they have not responded with any information. eBay notified me today that the seller was trying to cancel the order but couldn't because there was a problem with the refund (???) but there's no problem with my PayPal account , The seller doesn't seem to care that they left me hanging. This is really bad Customer Service.

Really great motherboard! Came with some hair attached, also missing the fan grill to cover the fan, the screws to it as well, and the screws for the m.2 slot plate were put in the wrong area along with the m.2 heatsink being slightly dirty, and hairy, and the port to plug in for usb functionality for a case was bent, but after fiddling with it, I was able to get it to work. Was also missing the backplate for the cpu. THIS MOTHERBOARD WAS USED, SO I UNDERSTAND THE CONDITION OF THE MOTHERBOARD.
