    A lovely story line continues along while teaching young girls how to sew. 100 years from now it will still be a treasure.

    This a beautiful book to encourage anyone to sew is a delight to look at!

    I look forward to using this book but have not so far. It was written to encourage little children to sew with simple but charming patterns included. This reproduction of the original book is just beautiful with lovely, lovely art work. I highly recommend it...........if nothing else, it's a joy to look at!

    Fun to read. Not especially relevant to sewing with children today, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. Don't expect a lot of instructions but be prepared to enjoy the read!
