After your report, we thoroughly checked our inventory and processes but unfortunately couldn't locate the missing cap. It seems it may have been misplaced before reaching us or during transit. We deeply apologize for this oversight and any inconvenience caused.

Seat Belt arrived to seller on 3/20, I followed up on 3/22-seller message me said going to return that day. But it didn’t get send back until 3/26. So much for their 24 hours turnaround advertisement. Service requested was to unlock/free my seat belt-no parts needed from seller. Before and after pictures attached showing nothing was replaced in my seat unit.
