Where things went South is although their listing states that items will be shipped within 3 business days, It took them EIGHT days to get my item in the possession of the USPS.
I sent a polite inquiry as to the status of my order, but received no reply.
A simple message alerting me of a delay /or a reply to my inquiry - would have gone a LONG way towards a positive score.
