Keeping Up Appearnaces
This was my first experience on purchasing a VHS on ebay. I was not disappointed. I purchased the two, pack video from the BBC Show, Keeping Up Appearances: How To Enchance Your Husband's Retirement, and Rural Retreat. Watching Hyacinth and her family is a great way to unwind and laugh at the end of the day. Especially note worthy is the espisode: How To Retire Early If You're Not Careful. I love Keeping Up Appearances. I saw it on cable and decided I must have episodes of my own. The humor is very dry, British humor all the way. This series is not like Python, it is more everyday situation humor. The main character is a lady that is absurdly socially conscious. I have recommended this show to several others and they have all found it to be extremely funny and very entertaining.I love Keeping Up Appearances.
