The item was described as a cross stitch kit including floss. The kit had no floss in it upon arrival. The seller's responses were accusatory and unprofessional. The first response implied that I was not truthful about not having floss and said no refund. The second response offered a partial refund for me to buy my own floss since it was "cheap" to buy. I explained that buying 10 colors would cost as much as the kit. After my response, the seller did send a full refund with no further comment.
