The bundle was exactly as pictured and described. I reached out to the seller several times for some clarification, and they responded in a timely manner, and were polite and helpful. They have many lovely items with really decent prices. Although it matched the photo's and description perfectly, the 12 String Guitar arrived damaged. When I advised the seller they promptly replied asking for photos so that they could determine what to do.
As I mentioned that I could use the hard case that was included in the auction, they offered me the hard case at a very fair price and issued a refund for the balance.
