it makes you really think!
i just finished watching the mini series Queen. this story was about a human trying to find her self, in a world that did not want her.she suffered post traumatic syndrome and ended up in a mental hospital that was inhumane.to me it was not about color creed it was about humanity. its unbelievable how we treat each other in this world. i see it not much better today. very well made mini series cannot wait to read the book.many thanks to alex haley for his books.i just finished watching the mini series Queen. this story was about a human trying to find her self, in a world that did not want her.she suffered post traumatic syndrome and ended up in a mental hospital that was inhumane.to me it was not about color creed it was about humanity. its unbelievable how we treat each other in this world. i see it not much better today. very well made mini series cannot wait to read the book.many thanks to alex haley for his books.

Excellent - family history novel
I loved Roots by Alex Haley, which is about the history of his mother's side of the family. In Queen you are able to explore his father's side. The writing was finished by David Stevens after Haley's death. This is not noticed in the novel, which uses both truth and fiction to develop characters and plot.
