Seller stated item was new with tags, received item , no tags or booklet and the hard case was dirty inside and not the correct case. Seller said he would send another case and a booklet. I asked for a refund since item did not appear new. we reached a settlement and seller refunded me $50. Also the shipping price of $29.00 is very high for a 1 pound package from PA to SC. I would not buy from this seller again. He did answer all my e-mails quickly
