Item description and condition were accurate. Seller shipped items quickly, however used a thin envelope-style shipping package for a pair shoes instead of a box. The package was torn en route and while the shoes were undamaged, they could easily have been in such a flimsy container. For charging almost $11 in shipping costs, one would expect them to be mailed in a box and better protected.
