This is the first t leaving negative feedback for WWolst12Store. I've not had any problems in the past, but this was bad.
The clock arrived damaged because it was extraordinarily badly packed. The clock arrived in loose pieces, with lots of rattling as I opened the package. It was jammed into a picture frame box with minimal padding.
It should have been packed inside a square box within a square box with padding in between boxes to absorb shocks. The cube shape would have provided stability.
