    The reviews online don't lie, these are the best earbuds I've ever tried. The sound quality, the noise cancelling and THE FIT is perfect. First earbuds that fit my ears well. There have been some issues with the shipping (item shipping from the US and not from Canada), however it is worth it. A two years warranty is included in case anything happens, which is generous.

    As new condition (case, earbuds, accessories and packaging). Great sound. with Immersive Audio on the sound is perceived as coming from outside the earbuds, outstanding ANC, extremely comfortable even for long listening sessions. Worth spending some time at the beginning to find the best combination of tip size and stability band size for each earbud to maximize sound quality, ANC strength and comfort.

    Worked great with earbuds firmware 1.7 but since the update to 4.0 the right earbud does not work - chime out of the charging case only once in a while, earbud mostly not detected during the seal test performed via the Bose app, no sound out of the earbud unless I hold it all the time inside my ear - regardless of the combination of sizes for tip and stability band. I even purchased an original QC Ultra alternate sizing kit (XS and XL tips and stability bands) but right earbud still not working.
