They say we can keep the part, a turbo for our Ford Explorer, and they would only give us $30 back. The part was $300. +. Twice this happened, wrong part was sent. First time we missed the window for return. We WILL NOT order from EBay anymore. Two pictures-1 in the plastic bag is what was sent and the other one is what came out of our Explorer.
