The shipping and packaging were good. The item was not as described and of less value. The blade was loose and I had to take it to be fixed. The blade was also really scrached even though it does not make it more or less usable. What really kill the deal was wouble on the blade. The item was of no use in the way I got it. I hope I can get it back to working order after I have it fixed, if the machine shop can work magic on it.
