    Almost as described except I received a EB-BG360CBE battery not the EB-BG360BBE that was listed. It also did not come in the Samsung packaging shown in the listing photos, just in a polythene bag inside a Jiffy type bag. Fortunately it fits perfectly in the phone and appears to be working fine.

In common with several other reviews for this seller I received a battery without the tools it was advertised as including. After the best part of a month this remains unresolved. Seller first said it was a dispatch error, then claimed tools had been dispatched without tracking, then offered to dispatch again. A real time waster and still no tools received. Battery could be new, hard to tell.

    I ordered this one as a replacement for the same model that I bought many years ago which finally bit the bit the dust due to double/triple clicks etc but worked beautifully over the years before that and was also very economical on batteries.
