    Great little building to draw attention ...

    Great little building to draw attention to the younger modelers. Some would rather make a building from scratch to represent a clubhouse because of using items that do do not match. This model is good for the very young and seniors who still like to model trains and structures. For either young or old having a premade item works easier than small hands or the ones that have lost feeling and ability. Always have fun modeling. Thanks
