    Filters without affecting water pressure/flow

    An EPA report on the city water in our area showed that certain impurities (acidic by-products of chlorination that can vaporize into the air/steam) were unusually high and not recommended as safe for drinking and bathing. This filter takes care of those impurities without affecting water pressure/flow. Even for the size, the chrome look made them both blend in well with the existing fixtures (purchased two; one for each shower).

    Nice Cover - Tight Fit

    The cover is nice but the sides are made of vinyl that doesn't stretch. At first it was very difficult to stretch over the unit and I thought it was going to be too small. With a little effort I got it on and will leave it on for awhile to stretch out a bit. Hopefully it was designed to be tight at first and stretch slightly to a perfect fit.

    First time i put it on my helix 5 it ripped

    The first time i put it on the helix 5 it ripped. It also is difficult to put on. I have the helix 7 cover for my helix 7 and it works good. Im wondering if the one i got for helix 5 was made small.

    Saves your unit, but

    It has a tight fit which makes it hard to put on, but after a few times it becomes easier. The workmanship needs a little bit to be desired, for the money it should be a masterpiece.
