- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseFast delivered, works as described, but it was not factory reset, and it had static IP outside normal households ranges so it took me about 1 hour to get it working, factory reset, updated to correct firmware version (for smart-ups) and then finally everything was working perfectly, I bought it only for updating UPS firmware but the networks features are nice, so I might use it for that too, otherwise I am happy with this purchase, also price was great

When I asked about the shipping issues I got prompt 24hr responses, despite a significant time zone difference. I would recommend this seller.
