If you have a Asrock board and the 5000 series PRO CPU wont boot, you need to update the BIOS *not using the instant flash* function. I thought the CPU was dead and the seller was going to replace or refund it which was very nice. Turns out I needed to update the BIOS. Great seller, very kind!
