The bag was torn up and product was visible through tears in bag. There was very little in the description. It just said to see pics. Some damage was shown clearly in pics but there was more damage not shown. Still a really good deal.

Since the purse is in excellent condition and I got it for a great price, I'm overall satisfied with the experience.
