Every time I requested it the screen would tell me error and to try again later . Finally I was able to message them directly it was handled in less that 24hrs after message everything was combined . They even went back where I had purchased several lots at same time and where it didn't combine on it and refunded me the difference. 5 stars🌟 definitely be back.

Regrettably (and despite a hefty shipping fee) the items were packed in a thin cardboard box with insufficient cushioning and space. Two of the six plates arrived broken. I contacted Goodwill and sent images, asking for a price adjustment. They responded with an offer to reduce the price by 25%. That worked for me and eBay processed the refund. Goodwill has my good will!

It arrived as a pictured. The smart watch was not compatible with my phone. On the box of the smart watch in teeny tiny letters, it stated it was only compatible with Samsung. I reached out and let them know, and they refunded me promptly. I look forward to many more purchases with the store.
