They were very apologetic & offered me two of another cosmetic bag to compensate me for the shortage (one would have been good, but the two proves this is a smart businessperson.) In any event, all of the cosmetic bags arrived in great condition and are of good quality and appearance. They were well packaged, arrived in a timely manner and I know I got a great deal.
