    Trotz mehrfacher Hinweise, dass mir falsche Schuhgröße geliefert wurde, zeigte der Verkäufer keine Einsicht. Statt den Fehler zu beheben, verlangte er, dass ich die Rücksendekosten übernehme, teurer als der Schuh selbst. Dieses kundenfeindliche und unverschämte Verhalten zeigt mangelndes Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen und rate dringend davon ab.

    Kundenvorwurf entspricht nicht den Fakten. Sie bestätigten zweimal, dass die Größe stimmt – sie passte nur nicht. Laut AGB trägt der Kunde die Rücksendekosten in solchen Fällen.
